We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at support@lupesco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  • A photo of the product may be required to complete the exchange request.


Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.


How to Start a Return

    • The reason for the return

  2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
